Sa Re : from 2015 to nowadays

March 2015: first Egyptian duck forcefed with modern techniques.
October 2015: first delivery to Cairo.
March 2016: installation of the farm in the village of Kom, west bank of Luxor.
April 2016: end of the first season, 200 ducks stuffed in 8 months.
May 2016: first palace hotel delivered.
November 2016: the “Sa Re Gourmet Food” shop opens in Luxor.
January 2017: inauguration of the kitchen-laboratory at the Kom.
February 2017: doubling the capacity of the feeding room.
April 2017: end of the second season, 400 ducks stuffed in 8 months.
Summer 2017: start of diversification (rabbits…)
